For paid subscriptions:

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Botbee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
